Toluna is your one stop site for everything polls &opinion related; if you’re looking for an online community that allows you to  create and participate in online polls and surveys and gives you the tools and  audience to voice your opinions look no further - Toluna is the  place for you!

There are several online activities available to the Toluna Community. Members can

 create online polls and opinion topics, can post their opinions on an existing topic, 

and can participate in online surveys. Surveys are divided into two groups: 

Personal  interest surveys:

Members can access and complete these any  time.

 

Regular surveys:

As a Toluna member you  will be periodically receive an email invitation to an online survey; completion  of online surveys is rewarded with Toluna  Points and prize  draw tickets. 

Please bear in mind that each survey has specific criteria for participation;  therefore it is entirely possible that you may be screened out despite having  been invited, either because you do not match the survey’s criteria, or simply  because the survey has reached the necessary quota of participants and has been  completed.

Points are a form of virtual currency, awarded to Toluna members for various actions (such as participation in surveys) and for the content (polls, opinion topics and opinions) they create. When you sign up for Toluna, you will receive 500 points to welcome you to the site. Once you become an active member, there are many different ways for you to earn additional points. You can view your points balance on your dashboard at any time, or by selecting 'Your points' from the 'You' menu.

Popularity of polls created:

Members are awarded points for votes on polls they created; the more votes your polls get, the more points you earn.

Popularity of opinion topics created:

Members are awarded points for opinions left on topics they created; the more opinions are posted on your topics, the more points you earn.

Usefulness rating of opinions left:

Members earn points for positive usefulness votes left on their opinions.

And Toluna have product tests?

Toluna offers its members a wide variety of products which they can test for free; from the 'Test & Rewards' menu select 'Test products'. You will be redirected to the test area where you can sign up for the current product test.

There is no commitment involved; you can keep the product you are testing free of charge. In return, Toluna simply asks you to answer a few questions about the product. Please bear in mind that we have a limited amount of test products, and that not all members who sign up for a test will end up participating in it.

Toluna’s reward partners and lotteries - redeeming your points

Toluna has partnered with some of the leading online retailers in order to offer you a wide variety of options for points redemption. To redeem your Toluna Points, select 'Reward Partners' from the 'Test & Rewards' menu. The Reward Partners' page is divided into 3 sections:

Next to each of the rewards for which you have enough points you will see a drop down box; simply select the number of vouchers or prize draw tickets you would like, click 'Convert', and you’re done!

Electronic vouchers (e-vouchers) are sent to you by email, while paper vouchers are sent by post. Bonus miles are credited directly to your Miles & More account.

Voucher delivery time is 3-4 weeks.
